Review and approval
The review screen, confidence indicators, and the approve, draft, and reject actions.
Extraction is accurate, but your data deserves a checkpoint. The review screen puts every extracted value next to the original document so you can verify and correct before anything leaves Parsedit.
The review screen
Open any completed document to review it. You see:
- The original file rendered alongside the data.
- Every extracted field, each one editable in place. Fix a value, and the correction is what gets delivered.
- Confidence indicators per field. Low-confidence values are flagged so you know where to look first. Confidence guides your review; it never approves or rejects anything on its own.
You can also add fields to a single document, remove fields (individually or in bulk), and merge fields during review.
Actions
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Approve & Send | The document is approved and its data is delivered to the parser's connected destinations. |
| Save Draft | Your edits are saved and the document stays in Draft. Nothing is sent. |
| Reject | The document is marked rejected and excluded from delivery. |
Nothing reaches a destination without approval, unless you have enabled an automatic delivery mode for that destination. See Automation.
Bulk review
The document table supports bulk operations. Select multiple completed documents and send them together, or bulk-delete documents you no longer need. This is the fast path when a batch of routine documents needs only a quick scan rather than field-by-field checking.
Exports
From any document you can download the extracted data as CSV or JSON. Export history lives in Exports, and generated files are available under Downloads.
