All plans include every intake channel, every destination, review before send, duplicate detection, and CSV/JSON exports. Plans differ in volume, parsers, and seats.

Yearly billing is priced so twelve months cost the equivalent of about ten months at the monthly rate (roughly 17% off). Annual totals divide evenly into whole monthly equivalents for clear pricing.
Seats are a hard limit included in the flat plan price. There is no extra per-seat charge. Seats count distinct people on the billing account, not one seat per membership row.
Choosing a plan
- Free: try the full product. 25 pages is enough to test a parser end to end with real documents. Teams are not included.
- Starter: the first team plan. 400 pages a month and 2 seats. Add a team/client, invite an employee or your accountant, or run a two-person practice.
- Growth: 2,000 pages and 5 seats, with priority support.
- Pro: high volume and larger teams. 8,000 pages, 50 seats, unlimited parsers.
- Business: 35,000 pages, 100 seats, unlimited parsers, priority support, and a dedicated success contact.
Pages and seats on client workspaces are pooled on the owner's personal subscription. You do not buy a separate plan per client.
Pages, not documents
Quotas count pages, not files: a 10-page bank statement uses 10 credits. See Billing and usage for what counts and what does not.
Changing plans
Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly anytime from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; your credit allocation updates with the new plan.
