Team collaboration
Invite team members, assign roles, and share parsers, documents, and integrations.
Teams let several people work from the same parsers, documents, and integrations. Teams are available on the Growth plan and above: Growth includes 2 seats (up to 5), Pro includes 5 (up to 50), and Business includes 10 (up to 100). Additional seats are billed per seat; see Pricing plans.
Roles
| Role | Team settings / billing | Integrations | Parsers and documents |
|---|---|---|---|
| Owner | Full | Manage connections | Full |
| Editor | Profile page only | No | Create, upload, review, export |
| Viewer | Profile page only | No | Read-only |
| Restricted | Profile page only | No | Assigned parsers only (edit) |
| Viewer (restricted) | Profile page only | No | Assigned parsers only (read) |
All team members can open Settings → Profile to edit their own name, avatar, and data formatting, and to view personal usage. Sensitive settings (MFA, password, personal billing, account deletion) stay on each member's own Profile & security page.
Inviting members
- Go to Settings → Members (owners only).
- Enter the email address of the person to invite.
- Assign a role.
- For restricted roles, assign specific parsers after the member joins, via Update role.
Seat billing updates automatically as members are added or removed.
What is shared
- Parsers: members with access use the same parsers and field definitions.
- Documents: uploads are visible to members with access to the parser.
- Integrations: connected at the team level and managed by owners. Editors send data through configured destinations without ever seeing the integration credentials.
Removing members
Owners remove members from Settings → Members. A removed member immediately loses access to the team's parsers and documents. Documents they uploaded stay with the team.
Best practices
- Give day-to-day users Editor and reserve Owner for people who manage settings and integrations.
- Use Restricted roles to limit contractors or department users to only the parsers they need.
- Connect team-owned destinations (like the Google account behind your spreadsheet) with a shared team identity rather than a personal one.
