Zapier
Connect Parsedit to 6,000+ apps with the official Zapier OAuth integration.
Parsedit’s Zapier app uses OAuth 2.0 so you can send files into parsers and trigger Zaps when documents are parsed — without copying webhook URLs by hand.
Connect
- In Zapier, add a Parsedit step and connect your account.
- Authorize the requested scopes in the Parsedit browser window.
- Choose a personal or team workspace if prompted.
Revoke access anytime under Integrations → Connected applications.
Common workflows
| Direction | Zapier building block | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Into Parsedit | Upload Document | Sends a File from the previous Zap step to a parser |
| Out of Parsedit | New Parsed Document | Fires when a document is received, parsed, or failed |
Select a parser in each Zap so hooks stay parser-scoped. After you test the trigger, template fields (including line-item columns) appear for mapping in later Zap steps.
Manual webhook fallback
If you prefer Webhooks by Zapier instead of the Parsedit app, use the advanced inbound and Catch Hook options described in Document intake and your parser’s Zapier settings.
