Parsedit
Parsedit is a document extraction application. It turns PDFs, invoices, receipts, and scanned forms into structured spreadsheet-ready data that teams can review before sending to their tools.
What Parsedit does
Users upload documents or import files they choose, define the fields they need, review every extracted value, and approve delivery to destinations such as Google Sheets, webhooks, Airtable, QuickBooks, and Xero. Nothing is sent until the user approves.
Each parser is a reusable extraction configuration: the document types you accept, the fields you care about, and where approved rows should go. Once a parser is set up, new files follow the same path from upload to review to delivery.
Who Parsedit is for
Parsedit is built for operations teams, analysts, finance teams, and mixed ops plus engineering groups that process high volumes of documents. If your work involves retyping invoice totals, copying receipt line items, or chasing fields across scanned PDFs, Parsedit shortens the path from file to trusted structured data.
Solo operators use it to clear a steady inbox of documents. Growing teams use shared parsers, review before send, and destinations that already live in their stack.
How document extraction works
