Airtable

The Airtable destination creates one record per delivered document in a table you choose.

Setup

1. Open your parser's destination settings and choose Airtable.
2. Connect your Airtable account and select the base and table that should receive records.
3. Map parser fields to Airtable fields.

Field mapping

Each parser field maps to a field in your Airtable table. You control which fields are sent, so you can deliver a subset of the extracted data and keep the rest in Parsedit. Values are formatted as readable strings suitable for text, number, and date fields.

When records are created

A record is created when the document's data is delivered:

• On Approve & Send in manual mode.
• Automatically, if the destination uses auto-send on completion or auto-send on approval. See Automation.

Duplicate files uploaded to the same parser are skipped at intake, so retries and re-forwards never create duplicate records. See duplicate detection.
