Airtable
Create a record in an Airtable base for every approved document.
The Airtable destination creates one record per delivered document in a table you choose.
Setup
- Open your parser's destination settings and choose Airtable.
- Connect your Airtable account and select the base and table that should receive records.
- Map parser fields to Airtable fields.
Field mapping
Each parser field maps to a field in your Airtable table. You control which fields are sent, so you can deliver a subset of the extracted data and keep the rest in Parsedit. Values are formatted as readable strings suitable for text, number, and date fields.
When records are created
A record is created when the document's data is delivered:
- On Approve & Send in manual mode.
- Automatically, if the destination uses auto-send on completion or auto-send on approval. See Automation.
Duplicate files uploaded to the same parser are skipped at intake, so retries and re-forwards never create duplicate records. See duplicate detection.
