For accountants

For accounting & bookkeeping firms

Add clients. Capture every document on one plan.

Accounting and bookkeeping firms use Parsedit to keep every client's documents in one place, then send reviewed rows to QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Google Sheets. Invite staff across selected or all clients. Invoices, receipts, and statements, plus contracts, POs, tax forms, and IDs. Client document capture without per-client pricing, and not limited to accounting files.

Client workspaces

Add a client. Each one is its own workspace.

Harbor LLC, Aceware, and Northwind each get parsers, uploads, members, and destinations. Nothing is mixed across clients. Credits stay on your plan, not a new subscription per client.

Firm staff

Invite staff once. Grant all clients, or a subset.

Bookkeepers join from your personal Settings → Staff. They switch clients without being added to every Members list. v1 staff can view and edit parsers; they are never owners and never manage billing. The same person on many clients still counts as one seat.

Client-side users

Members stay on the client. Staff is firm-wide.

The client's AP clerk or bookkeeper is invited on Harbor LLC → Settings → Members. Roles are Owner, Editor, Viewer, Restricted, and Viewer (restricted). Do not mix firm staff into a client's Members tab.

Beyond accounting files

The wedge is every other document the practice already touches

Invoices and receipts are the start. Practices also parse contracts, purchase orders, tax forms, identity documents, resumes, and e-invoices. Same review, same send.

How a firm sets this up

Questions firms ask

Also see the product FAQ, pricing, and team collaboration docs.

How do I add a client?

Use Add team/client to create a workspace for that client. Each client has its own parsers, uploads, members, and destinations. Pages and credits stay on your personal subscription.

What is the difference between staff and members?

Members belong to one client and are invited from that workspace Settings → Members. Firm staff are invited from your personal Settings → Staff and can be granted all current and future clients or a subset. Staff do not appear on each client Members list.

How do seats work across many clients?

Seats count distinct people on the firm owner plan. The same bookkeeper on ten clients still uses one seat. Starter includes 2 seats, Growth 5, Pro 50, and Business 100. Free does not include teams.

The client already has a Parsedit team. What should we do?

Do not duplicate their workspace. Ask them to invite you as a member (Editor if you should send data, Owner only if you should manage integrations). Your firm staff grants apply to clients you add, not to a workspace the client already owns.

Why is this cheaper than per-client capture tools?

You do not buy a subscription per client. Client workspaces share the pages and seats on the owner plan. Connect QuickBooks Online or Xero per client, plus Sheets, Airtable, webhooks, or CSV.
