For operations & finance teams
Businesses use Parsedit to stand up a team workspace, invite employees to submit and review, and invite their accountant from the same Members flow. Each workspace keeps its own integrations. Invoices and receipts, plus contracts, purchase orders, and payroll tax forms. Team document capture without per-client pricing, and not limited to accounting files.
Workspace
Use Add team/client from your personal account. That workspace is the company (or entity) everyone shares. Switch between personal and team from the account switcher. Free is solo. Starter and above unlock teams.
Team collaboration docsEmployees
Settings → Members. Employees upload and review. Use Restricted for contractors who should only see the parsers you assign. Viewer if they only need to read. Members belong to this account, not to every entity you run.
Your accountant
There is no dedicated Accountant object. Invite them as a member. Editor lets them work parsers and send through destinations you already connected. Owner only if they should manage integrations. Revoke anytime. They see the parsers and destinations you grant, not your billing.
More on teams in the FAQEach entity is a team. Members stay on that account. Integrations stay on that account. Seats still count the person once on the owner plan.
Business owner
Pages and seats live on the firm owner's plan.
Seats = distinct people

SheetsOptional firm staff (if an accountant owns the plan)
If an accountant owns billing, they grant staff across your workspace from Settings → Staff. Otherwise members stay on this team.
Per-team destinations
Connect the destination this workspace actually uses. Owners manage the connection. Editors send after review. Sheets, Airtable, webhooks, and CSV are available when you are not posting to a ledger. Accounting destinations today: QuickBooks Online and Xero.
Browse integrationsKeep invoices and receipts in the same pipeline as contracts, purchase orders, and payroll tax forms. One review surface.
If you are the accountant
Firms add each client as a team/client workspace, invite staff from Settings → Staff, and connect that client's QuickBooks or Xero. If the business already has a Parsedit team, they invite you as a member instead.
Document capture for accountantsPricing, seats, and how to invite an accountant without a special role.
The workspace owner pays. Billing is pooled on that personal subscription. Pages and seats are shared by the team. If your accountant adds you as their client instead, they pay and grant you access.
Create a team, then go to Settings → Members and invite them. Use Editor so they can upload, review, and send. Use Owner only if they should manage integrations. There is no separate Accountant object. Revoke the invite anytime.
Seats count distinct people, not membership rows. Someone who is on this team and another entity you own still counts once. Starter includes 2 seats, Growth 5, Pro 50, Business 100.
Teams are enabled on Starter and above. Free is solo. Starter is enough to set up a team, invite an employee, and invite your accountant.
